Eva's Tale
In August 2002 I was diagnosed with cancer of the left conjunctiva (corner of the eye).   The offending bit was cut off in October.   In November the histology showed that it was malignant.   I then had a scan to see if it had spread to the orbits, and luckily it had not.

Whilst waiting for my referral to the specialist hospital I decided to use Essiac to help myself.   The referral to a specialist hospital took nearly 5 months anyway.   I started the Essiac Therapy at the beginning of Feb. 2003.   By the beginning of July there was no cancer left.   However, due to the site of the cancer which was partly behind the eye I decided to go through with the Radiotherapy, but used Essiac topically throughout the eradiation as well, directly in the eyes as drops before and after treatments.   I also used it on the lid and surrounding tissue under the eye, side of nose and above up to the eyebrow to minimise the burning effect and to cool it down and heal it.

I acquired a cataract from the radiation treatment, and carried on using Essiac topically.   When I went for my 2-month check-up in October it appeared to have disappeared.   When I was checked over by my consultants there seemed to be signs of prior dis-ease not present inside the lids to their surprise.!   I was asked to come back 6 months later at this first check-up and told that I had just taken a 3-year leap into the future check-up wise and that I was doing very well indeed!

I drink my full measure of Essiac Tea at bedtime every night and love it.   It smells wonderfully of freshly cut wood, and has a slightly woody and very pleasant flavour.

I experienced some wonderful ‘side effects’ from my use of Essiac and these are some of the main ones.   Increased muscle strength, increased levels of stamina, my energy levels increased notably, I slept incredibly well and woke up every morning well rested and ready for a new day.   The breathlessness I have had for over 4 years disappeared in just 2 weeks.

Essiac acted as a pain reliever, a few drops in the eye and it was gone.   I regained my sense of fun and adventure and it kept me free of colds, flu’s, etc.   My hair got thicker all the time, and the 2 therapist could not understand it.   They said ‘You come here every day for treatment, and not only have you not lost any hair,

but it gets thicker day by day, and week by week.   How is that possible?’   I just said: ‘It’s the Essiac’.   Essiac Tea has given me a great sense of physical wellbeing, I feel as if my body cells are humming like happy bees.
